Currently I am working on a project where one conference room presented multiple challenges to us in how to deliver several different source contents needed for that space. After some thought, we came up with the solution of a mobile presentation unit. This allows us to put the visual screen in the proper place, while also being able to move it to accommodate the overall layout of the conference room. In addition, the client wanted something minimal that was contemporary yet not overstated. We were able to meet all of these criteria with this solution.
